Personal Workshops and Retreats

A Primer in High Sensitivity

A one-hour, online primer where Erica and Matt talk about what it means to be a highly sensitive person both from their lived experience and their work as therapists.

Learn the basics of high sensitivity, self-care, and how to manage some of the common challenges faced by the highly sensitive person.

This primer is held bimonthly, with each session being limited to 20 people.

SelfKind Nuture

Over 12 weeks, nurture yourself and your sensitivity with curiosity, understanding and compassion. SelfKind Nurture provides the space and tools to embody self-kindness; because your sensitivity asks for your respect, not your criticism.

Run by Erica Webb, this is ideal for those that want to deep dive into their sensitivity.

Join us for a three hour nature based experience designed to help highly sensitive individuals feel balanced, grounded, and rejuvenated.

Run by Matt Glover and the team from Forest Therapy Victoria.
