Understanding Your High Sensitivity

A one-hour, online primer where Erica and Matt talk about what it means to be a highly sensitive person both from their lived experience and their work as therapists. 

Learn the basics of high sensitivity, self-care, and how to manage some of the common challenges faced by the highly sensitive person.

This primer is held once a month with each session being limited to 20 people.

Soma Home

This 8 week online group program is for Highly Sensitive People who want to befriend their sensitivity, find a deeper sense of home within their own skin, and develop a greater capacity to navigate overwhelm.

Run by Erica Webb, this is ideal for those that want to deep dive into their sensitivity.

This program runs twice per year in April/May and August/September. 

Nature for the HSP

Forest therapy benefits highly sensitive people by providing a calming, sensory-friendly environment that reduces stress and overstimulation. The natural setting enhances emotional regulation, deepens self-awareness, and fosters relaxation.

Join us for a three hour nature based experience designed to help highly sensitive individuals feel balanced, grounded, and rejuvenated.

Run by Matt Glover and the team from Forest Therapy Victoria.
